Important Details:
50% of the total room night revenue is due upon booking, if booked after March 1, 2006. If the reservation is booked prior to March 1, 2006, the deposit will not be charged until March 1, 2006.
If the reservation is canceled FOURTEEN (14) days or more prior to arrival, the deposit is refunded less a $25.00 administrative fee. If cancelled within FOURTEEN (14) days, 100% of the deposit is forfeited unless the space is resold. Then, the deposit shall be refunded less a $25.00 administration fee.
Check-in time is 4:00p.m. Check-out time is 11:00a.m. Guests staying in their rooms beyond check-out time will be charged for an additional room night.
Room rates are subject to tax. The current tax rate is 12.54%
Guests that make reservations through Stay Aspen/Snowmass (S.A.S) will pay a one time booking fee of $20.00 as well as a 10% commission.
There is an extra-person charge for greater than double occupancy of $25.00 per person/per night.
Children under 12 stay free in parents room
Rollaways are $25.00 per night and cribs are free

Please Note:
The Wildwood Lodge is associated with and managed by the SilverTree Hotel. Our group must stay at the Wildwood Lodge. The Silvertree Hotel and properties will be used for judges, etc. In order for all the event facilities to be at no cost we have a room minimum to meet at the Wildwood Lodge. Please do not try and find alternative accommodations. We have personally checked out all of dog-friendly hotels in Snowmass Village and Aspen, and this hotel is by far the best hotel that allows dogs. Well, the St. Regis in Aspen is most likely nicer but they charge $455 minimum per night. If you don't have a dog and would like alternative accommodations, please still identify yourself as being with our group and ask about the Silvertree's other properties.
RV PARKING
RV Parking without hookups is available on-site. The closest dump station is at the Aspen-Basalt Campground, 19 miles from the Host Hotel. It is on your way into/out of town. Information can be found at their website: http://www.coloradodirectory.com/aspenbasaltcamp/. There is no portable dump service in the area.
